For JormunTL 1.2.0
The record of every coin purchase, and the list of readers whose Patreon membership is linked to their account.
Two read-only screens under Monetization. Neither one changes anything; they are where you look when a reader says a payment did not arrive.
Monetization ▸ Transactions. Every coin purchase your readers make, across Stripe, Ko-fi and PayPal, in one list.

Four figures across the top: total revenue, total transactions with a breakdown by gateway, total coins sold, and the average transaction. Underneath, one row per purchase with the date, the reader, the method, the amount, the coins delivered and the gateway’s own transaction reference.
That reference is the point of the screen. When somebody writes to say they paid and got nothing, you take the reference from here and search for it in Stripe or Ko-fi, and the two records either agree or they do not.
Until a gateway is switched on there is nothing to record, and the screen says so with a link straight to the gateway settings rather than an empty table.
Monetization ▸ Patreon Subscribers. Everyone who has connected a Patreon account to their reader account.
Four figures again: active patrons, monthly revenue, total connected and average pledge. Then a row per reader:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| User | The reader account |
| Status | Whether they currently qualify |
| Tier | Which of your tier rows they matched |
| Pledge | What they pay |
| Entitled Tiers | What Patreon says they are entitled to |
| Last Verified | When this site last asked Patreon |
Last Verified is the column to read first when access looks wrong. Checks run in the background at the interval set by Verify Frequency, so a date a few days old is normal, and a date weeks old on a busy site means the scheduled job is not running.
Entitled Tiers empty on a paying member usually means a custom pledge amount. Patreon grants no tier entitlement for those, so they cannot qualify however much they pay. Nothing on this side can fix it; they need to pick an actual tier.
There is an Export CSV button for taking the list somewhere else.
Neither screen does it. Reader balances are changed in Community ▸ Readers, where each reader has their balance and the actions that go with it.
That is also where a refund ends. Refund the payment in Stripe, PayPal or Ko-fi, then take the coins back here if the reader has not already spent them.
