Publish web novels. Sell advance chapters. Keep control.
JormunTL gives web novel publishers a complete WordPress stack for serial releases, reader libraries and paid early access, without WooCommerce or MyCred.
Version 1.2.0, available now
One product, library to checkout.
JormunTL connects publishing, reader retention, paid access and presentation instead of sending you shopping for another extension.
Every novel gets a page worth landing on
Cover, synopsis, genres and the full chapter list on one page, so a serial reads as a series rather than a feed of posts.
Sell the next chapter
The chapter fades at the paywall with the price and the balance beside it, so unlocking never leaves the page. Coins, Patreon, Stripe, PayPal and Ko-fi.
A library readers can actually browse
Filter by genre, status and origin, with progress and chapter counts on every card.
Give readers a reason to return
Resume reading, history, favourites and notifications stay together in one reader account.
A whole book in, in one pass
Write chapters in WordPress as you would any post. When you already have a whole book, upload the EPUB and the importer numbers the chapters, sets their release order and applies access rules in one pass.
Publish on a schedule, not on a reminder
Change release dates or paid access across chapters you have already published, for one novel or many at once.
Bring the site you already have
Move a Madara or Fictioneer library in place, or take a full backup. It tells you what it will do first, and what deliberately never travels.
One screen for how the site behaves
Content, monetization, appearance and privacy in one place, rather than scattered across a dozen plugin menus.
Make it yours without rebuilding it
Change colors, typography, layouts, cards and homepage sections, with the site previewing live beside the controls.
What you actually get
One purchase. The theme and all four companion plugins.
Built to stay fast
Lighthouse scores the live demo 99 for performance on mobile, with 100 for accessibility and best practices, on a library of 940 chapters. Point it at demo.jormuntl.com and check.
Grid or list, per page
The same library as covers or as rows, with column counts, card sizes and badge styles set per page rather than baked into the theme.
Four ways to be paid
Stripe, PayPal and Ko-fi for coins, and Patreon for tier-gated access. Each one folds away when it is off, and test mode keeps the shop shut while you wire it up.
Access, decided in bulk
Change release dates or paid access across chapters you have already published, for one novel or for every novel at once, without editing a number every week.
Stars, or a simple verdict
Readers score a novel one to five, or just say whether they recommend it and the novel carries the percentage who do. One setting switches the whole site between them.
Readers get accounts
Continue reading, history, favorites, comments and a coin balance, on a dashboard readers manage themselves. Nothing here needs a second plugin.
The full feature list lives in the documentation.
Every one of those is running on the live demo right now. $69 once, with a year of updates.

Everything else on this page exists to get somebody to a chapter. This is the chapter: one column of text, the controls within reach, and nothing competing with the prose.
- Font, size and theme are the reader’s choice, remembered between visits
- Contents, comments and audio without leaving the page
- The same layout and controls on a phone
Core and Commerce carry the platform.
Your web novels, readers and transactions live in the two main plugins rather than theme templates. That keeps the important data portable and gives the front end one clear job.
JormunTL Core
Novels, chapters, genres, reader favorites and community data.
JormunTL Commerce
Coins, transactions, gateways, Patreon linking and access rules.
JormunTL Transfer
Site transfer tools, and the in-place migration from Madara or Fictioneer.
JormunTL EPUB Importer
A small utility for turning a prepared EPUB into WordPress chapters.
One theme. No extension shopping list.
One licence covers the theme, every companion plugin and one production site. Bought once, not a subscription, and no add-ons to buy separately.
- Theme and all four companion plugins
- One year of updates and support
- One production site per licence
- Move it between sites you own
- The theme keeps working after the year
- Madara migration tools included
Secure checkout by Polar. Every screen is documented with screenshots in the manual, and questions before you buy are welcome in Discord. See what updates look like.
Install, setup and upkeep, done with me.
A year of work went in, and it is still being worked on. Improvements arrive as ordinary WordPress updates while your licence is active, and every release is dated on the changelog. Questions and requests reach me directly on Discord.
I set the whole thing up with you, move your existing site across if you have one, and keep it running afterwards: updates, backups and whatever breaks. You write chapters.

Questions that affect the decision
Do I need WooCommerce or MyCred?+
No. JormunTL Commerce owns coin balances, transactions, payment gateways and chapter access. An SMTP plugin is still sensible for reliable WordPress email.
How does Patreon access work?+
Readers link a Patreon account. You map eligible tiers to access and can allow a grace period after a pledge lapses.
Can I move an existing Madara or Fictioneer site?+
Yes, in place. You install JormunTL on the site that already has the library, and Transfer builds the JormunTL equivalent beside it. Nothing the old theme owns is changed or deleted, so you can run it with that theme still installed and go back by switching themes. It reports what it is about to do first, including how many chapters have no text and would be skipped, and it can remove everything it made afterwards.
Is it fast with a real library?+
The live demo runs 940 chapters and serves its novel pages with a time to first byte of around 100 to 200ms, fully loaded in under two thirds of a second. You do not have to take that on trust: open the demo and measure it yourself. Heavy reader features are the usual reason a novel site slows down as it grows, so it is worth checking on any theme you are considering, including this one.
What happens when a licence expires?+
The installed product keeps working. You stop receiving updates and support until the licence is renewed.
What happens if I change themes later?+
The library and commerce records live in companion plugins rather than presentation templates. A new front end still needs integration, but your novels are not deleted with the theme.
Does it work with my SEO plugin?+
Yes, with Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress, All in One SEO, Slim SEO and The SEO Framework. Where one of those is active the theme stands aside and feeds it the novel and chapter details instead of writing competing tags, so titles and descriptions come out of the plugin you already configure. With none of them installed the theme writes its own.
Does watermarking stop piracy?+
No technical control can promise that. JormunTL adds configurable copy friction and invisible text variations as deterrence and evidence; it does not claim to make content impossible to steal.
Build your web novel business on infrastructure you control.
